When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to view the shipping status of your package.
Why can't I track my order on the website?
Please note that tracking information will appear 2-5 days after it is updated.So if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try again 1-2 days later.
Why is my shipment status not updated?
Your shipment may be delayed for a number of reasons. Common delays may be due to weather events, customs or backlogs, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?

If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us after receiving the order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing the case and, if approved, we will send a replacement. Please do not return any item until we have reviewed the case and our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. www.birds-feeder.com reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning merchandise. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
